Delete your account

You can delete your AMAM Trading account here, in the mobile app under Account → Privacy → Delete Account, or by contacting support. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your profile details (name, phone, company, trade license)
• Device push tokens and notification preferences
• Wholesale access and marketing preferences
• All active sign-in sessions on every device

What we must retain

UAE and KSA tax law requires us to keep invoices and order accounting records (order references, amounts, VAT) for the statutory retention period. These records are anonymized where possible and never used for marketing.

Can't sign in?

If you can no longer access your account, email us from your registered address via the contact page and we will verify your identity and delete the account for you.
