Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source only from brand owners and authorised distributors, and every consignment is checked on arrival at our Dubai warehouse.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Register for a trade account and sign in. Wholesale prices unlock automatically, with a minimum of 12 pieces per item.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices include 5% UAE VAT, and the amount is shown separately on your tax invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Ziina, and Buy Now Pay Later with Tabby and Tamara.
How long does delivery take?
1–2 working days in Dubai and Sharjah, 2–4 working days elsewhere in the UAE. Free over AED 100, otherwise AED 15.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our returns and refunds page for full details.
