Terms & conditions

1. Orders

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable or pricing is shown in error.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT. Prices displayed in other currencies are indicative conversions; the charge is settled in AED.

3. Wholesale accounts

Wholesale pricing requires a registered trade account and a minimum of 12 pieces per item. Trade prices are confidential and may not be republished.

4. Payment

We accept cards, Apple Pay, Ziina, and instalments via Tabby and Tamara. Instalment plans are governed by the provider's own terms.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide.

6. Returns

Returns are handled under our returns and refunds policy.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, courts of Dubai.
