Unhappy with an item? Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.
- Items delivered damaged, incorrect or missing from your order.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or used skincare, makeup, fragrance and personal care items, for hygiene reasons.
- Supplements and nutrition products once the seal is broken.
- Clearance and promotional bundles marked final sale.
How to start a return
Email info@amamtrading.com or message +971 50 925 1393 on WhatsApp with your order reference and photos of the item. We arrange collection in the UAE at no cost when the fault is ours.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, including the 5% VAT paid. Tabby and Tamara instalment plans are cancelled or adjusted automatically by the provider once the refund is processed.
